The Phoinikas building comprises 3 apartments on the first floor for 2 or 3 persons and a suite for 4 persons which includes 2 separate rooms.
On the ground floor there are 2 apartments with 2 rooms, for families up to 4 members, and a room for 2 or 3 persons.
All the rooms and apartments have a verandah, a bathroom and WC, a refrigerator, a kitchenette and kitchen kit.
The beach, "Pachia Ammos" is barely 20 metres away and is thoroughly equipped with long chairs, umbrellas, surf boards and much more.
The village of Palaiochora where you can find anything you want, is 120 metres away.
The "Elizabeth" building lies 20 metres behind the "Phoinikas" rooms in a green and quiet environment and comprises one apartment with two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and separate double or triple rooms.
All the rooms have a bathroom and WC, a refrigerator, a kitchenette and a verandah.
Cafe "Palm Tree" 30 m. from the "Phoinikas" rooms has a view to the sea and there you can have every type of coffee - traditional Greek Coffe on ember - a copious breakfast with eggs (fried or boiled), excellent omelets, sandwiches, yogurt with honey or muesli and fruit and so on.
Open from June to beginning of October, from 7 in the morning till 8 in the evening.
The service is efficient and friendly.
The prices for the apartments vary from 30 euros to 60 euros per day depending on the number of persons and the season.
