We are on the southern shores of Rethymnon in the island of Crete, Greece and we offer two choices for your most memorable and relaxed holidays.
On the main street, between the sandy beaches of Plakias and Damnoni in an olive grove of 8,000 sq.m, you will find Villa Ioanna with
its lovely garden.
Fully equipped, spacious, airy, light and well kept, the apartments of Villa Ioanna, are ideal for peaceful vacation. Each one sleeps 3 to 4
persons, and has private bathroom, kitchen, TV set, Air Conditioning and balcony or terrace.
The village of Plakias, with the lovely taverns, bars, Cafés, shops for all your needs and of course the gorgeous sandy beach, is only within 5 minutes walk.

Villa Ioanna, apartments & Studios in Mirthios village
A little further from Plakias, to the inland, is the picturesque village of Mirthios, built on the mountain side overlooking the bay.
Here you'll find our new apartments and studios. An ideal place for relaxing and peaceful holidays, away from the noisy and crowded resorts with breathtaking views to the sea and the mountains.
The sunset from the balcony will nail you down. The basic colours of red and orange in the sky the deep blue of the sea and the green of the olive trees that is beneath your feet will reimburse you.
Mirthios has quite a few restaurants with excellent traditional food, and many shops to buy souvenirs etc. It is only 3.5 km away from Plakias with the cafeterias and the big super market. Also it 3.5 km away from all the beaches of the area.
From the 3 types of our apartments you will find the most suitable for your needs. All of them have a fully armed kitchen, bathroom and views to the sea and the village.
