Kioni Villas are situated in Lakkoi, Skalotis,  in the area of Sfakia and in a short distance from Frangokastelo, on the road to Plakias.
Kioni Villas is a small family - run complex of 4 detached villas, built in a plot of 6.000 sq.metres.
Each villa covers 60 sq.metres and has one bedroom (with double or twin beds) a living room with two sofas (easily converted to beds), dinning area with fully fitted kitchen (kitchenware, dishwasher, cooker, refrigarator etc), a bathroom and two verandas with view to the sea.
The villas are very carefully designed with attention to the comfort. There are mosquito screens (at the doors and windows), air conditioning, garden furniture etc.
The distance to the beach (Kioni beach) is only a few meters from the villas, a traditional taverna is very close and a super market around 1km away.
