Kostas and Dimitra (the owners), although born in Athens, have chosen South Crete and especially the beautiful place of Fragokastello to be their for ever residence. He is a car mechanic and she is a kindergarten teacher and a Ph.D Student (Applied Linguistics). After three years of constant searching in the area of Fragokastello, they found the 'land of their dream' in order to build the 'house of their life'. This land is – maybe- the only place in the whole area which gives the privilege of a panoramic view up to the point eyes reach...and at the same time it's so close to the beach!
Imagine yourself sitting next to the swimming pool and enjoying the sweet sunset, after your swimming in the sea earlier in the morning....It's a luxurious experience you can have and – why not- you deserve, like Kostas and Dimitra believe it for themselves!
